Customer Success Manager DACH
Freelancer or part-time job
Your responsibilities:
- You stay in close contact with our customers and provide them with intensive support throughout the entire partnership
- You are the first point of contact for our customers with all problems, questions and concerns regarding the software solution
- You take over the review management function, follow up and answer the customer's online reviews in coordination with the customer
- You make postings (news, offers, updates etc.) for customers at regular intervals
- You communicate the customer processes with our management team and make suggestions for improvement
